I applied online and the next morning they gave me a call to a schedule an interview for the following day. They asked me to give a little info about myself and with that I pretty much lead the interview, describing previous work experience and how it related to the position I had applied for. I was offered a job on the spot. *Disclaimer* I have previous experience serving so this may or may not have some influence in the decision made.
I recommend just being honest about your work experience, smiling and being genuine. Try not to be nervous, be confident in what you know even if you don’t have the experience. Focus on ANY customer service experience you have, even if it doesn’t relate much to the position. They’re willing to train.
Also, researching the interview reviews on this app/site really helped me a lot. They were dead on with the questions which helped me lead the interview into the direction I wanted it to go in.

“The interview process typically starts with an application review, followed by an interview with the manager to assess customer service skills, availability, and experience. Depending on the role, there may be situational or behavioural questions to understand how candidates handle teamwork, fast-paced environments, and customer interactions. Successful candidates may then proceed to onboarding and training.”
Did an interview with assistant manager, lasted five minutes and they wanted to do another interview with the head manager.
Only asked me two questions which was weird, I never had an interview like that before.
Pretty pointless imo and I don't think they respect your time well - from reading other reviews it seems quite unconviential though so maybe it was just a weird store.
The interview process was quick and easy. They had me come in the morning and ask very basic questions about my previous experience in the industry and some behavior questions
