J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Applebee's (Chippewa, PA) en juin 2012

I was asked to come in by one of the assistant managers and the general manager interviewed me. Basically asked about me, what I'm going to school for, general info stuff. The manager and i talked for almost 2 hours... Most of the time about nothing to do with serving. Very laid back. I dressed professionally for the interview but it was probably a little bit too much to be honest. Just be yourself and show why you care for people. Most of the questions are common sense, so if you keep your nerves down, you'll be just fine.

“The interview process typically starts with an application review, followed by an interview with the manager to assess customer service skills, availability, and experience. Depending on the role, there may be situational or behavioural questions to understand how candidates handle teamwork, fast-paced environments, and customer interactions. Successful candidates may then proceed to onboarding and training.”
Did an interview with assistant manager, lasted five minutes and they wanted to do another interview with the head manager.
Only asked me two questions which was weird, I never had an interview like that before.
Pretty pointless imo and I don't think they respect your time well - from reading other reviews it seems quite unconviential though so maybe it was just a weird store.
The interview process was quick and easy. They had me come in the morning and ask very basic questions about my previous experience in the industry and some behavior questions
