First interview was a phone screening, followed by a task performance and panel interview. I was informed that I would hear back with a final decision. After numerous emails to HR since Nov 4th, I was given the runaround that the panel is making final decisions; as of Nov 13th. With that said, when candidates spend an hour on a task performance and an hour on a panel interview, the hiring committee AND HR should be considered enough to follow up with all candidates.
