A Senior TA Partner from the company approached me on LinkedIn to discuss the BDM position. But after I replied they just did not answer, even after I followed up.
It's not very professional to approach and cut off the conversation in that way.
It was not a positive experience, which tells a lot about the company's HR and culture.
