Standard interview process. Had to do a design project before my super interview that was pretty straightforward, and then presented out the designs at the interview. Some questions on my design background where I discussed projects I've worked on, some behavioral questions (examples of leadership, working in a group, etc. -- standard stuff), and finally the interview where I presented my design project. Overall interviewers were friendly.
