Initial call with internal recruiter. Next call was with the CMO. Then a series of 6 more interviews including the hiring manager, senior marketing leadership and also some senior executives from outside the marketing department. Outside of the interviews, the only other ask was a loosely defined 'work product' for them to review.
The whole process was run stem to stern by their internal talent recruitment team. Very well run process that took roughly 2 weeks from start to finish.
