Pretty quick from sending off my application. Still waiting for the actual interview but the process has been fair up to now. Send my application, took an online assessment and got a phone call,

Quite complicated 3 stages in the process, call, assessments which had 4 stages, a teams interview then a call with other candidates listening to calls then offered the job with a choice if you want to accept it

Entretien
The interview was done online via a Teams call. It was great to hear how much the existing staff enjoyed working for the company. The session then split into individual teams calls for a personal interview.

There were a couple of competency based questions which, to be honest, I don't handle very well. At least they allow you to have a conversation.
