Feedback after the interview doesn't clearly explain what the issue was. This company is still not mature in their hiring, I felt that some people with whom I interviewed haven't read my CV. Company provides very generic feedback when you haven't been offered a position. They seem to focus a lot on values, but these are dismissed during interview process.

2. Pairing Exercise on Hangouts - Medium Difficulty
3. Onsite - Four hours back-to-back with engineers, PMs, and some managers from other teams. The technical questions were not difficult during the interview

Entretien
At first their staff contacted me via Hired service, then we set up a phone screen interview. The guy made a call with me was nice, he was asking me about my current job and some background skills. After the call, he sent me a home work. The work needs to be done in a few days. But it only took me a few hours to finish it. Then I sent the source code to him, he was impressed. Then I were waiting a month without getting any feedback.
It was a very bad interview ever!
