Recruiter reached out first via LI. She scheduled time for us to speak. What a fantastic recruiter too. She understood the business needs and the role. From there, I was asked a few days later to interview with the hiring manager, and then a VP, and then BDM. Recruiter scheduled all interviews. Each interview lasted around an hour. Appcast has their process finely tuned and well-polished. They know exactly what they're looking for. It was, hands-down, the most dynamic interview process I've been involved in during my career. Timing: From 1st touch to offer was 3 1/2 weeks.
