Had 4 phone interviews with different managers throughout the company, with most interviews being one on one. The interview process lasted about a month (about a week between each interview). Was offered a tour after the 4th interview. I wasn't asked any technical questions at all, but the interviews centered more around my background and type of work I'm interested in pursuing moving forward.
