Easy and straight-forward. They really just want to make sure you are a motivated person willing to work on a 10-99. Questions are mainly goal oriented. All interviews are conducted via Zoom.

Entretien
EASY, as they hire everyone due to the high turnover of employees. They will not answer questions honestly. I told her I didn't want to cold call and she said they would emails you "warm" leads every day. The leads were hostile! They had told the company they were not interested. Are anxious to recruit. Recruiter was very nice though.
