I applied online through this high school pre-employment program called Ladders for Leaders through Department of Youth Development. My manager later told me that they screened 80 resumes and selected 8 for an in person interview. The in person interview came in 3 parts and went for around 2.5 hrs. Of the 8, 3 people were selected.
