The first stage was very good, specially the recruiter was very professional, After 1st interview successfully submitted the case study which I spend nearly 3 sleepless nights. The feedback was superb for the case study. After the case study I participated in the second interview. There was problem that VP and the founder in the interview were not very sure whether they really want information security manager in their company and their challenge of my case study was not very professional. I saw open lack of commitment for bringing information security in their company.
