Nachdem ersten Telefoninterview wurde ich eingeladen eine kleine Testaufgabe zu bearbeiten, dessen Ergebnisse wir gemeinsam mit dem Business Intelligence Lead besprochen haben. Im Anschluss erfolgte das kennen lernen. Es war alles super nett und verlief innerhalb von 2 Wochen. Ich erhielt am Ende kein Angebot aber fand die Betreuung während des Prozesses sehr nett.

I applied online. I received an email after two or three days to schedule a Skype screening. The process was transparent, professional and technical. The Recruiter had a very good approach. She started to speak about the company and their goals and what is the culture in the company.

Entretien
After sending my application, firstly I got a phone interview with HR, talking about past experience, motivation to apply and some general behavioral questions. Then I received a BI test to complete within two hours. Afterward, I had a video call with the BI Lead and HR to discuss the test results and some technical skills. The last round is to have on-site interview at Hamburg office, having talk with BI Lead, CTO and CEO. The whole process was efficient, professional and supportive.
