One of the worst and most unprofessional interviews processes I've ever been through. The recruiter reached out to me a few days after I applied online, asked standard questions about my background, and career interests. Then, I was left wondering for 2 weeks before the recruiter got back to me and asked for availability for the next round of interview. I provided my availability promptly and was scheduled for the next round of technical interview with 2 members of the team. Once this technical round was done, no one ever got back to me ever. I sent multiple follow-ups in the next month and no one ever got back to me, not even with a "NO". I understand that I might not have made it but I believe we as job applicants deserve at least a 'no' if nothing more. The job application process is already a stressful ordeal and experiences like these make it worse. Highly unprofessional.
