Took me out for lunch, looked over some of my previous code. Later went for an interview at their office. Whiteboard coding in front of CTO and two other software devs. Low level C programming knowledge tested. Seemed totally irrelevant to job description. Google like snobbery. CTO was former Google employee - go figure.
