A recruiter sourced me for the role. We scheduled a phone screen, I was sent pre-interview questions to answer, which I responded to and added my resume. Shortly after the scheduled call time, the recruiter sent an email saying she was running behind and asked to reschedule. I never heard back after sending my availability and a follow-up email a few days later. I'm assuming once she saw my answers and resume she decided I wasn't a fit, which is fine, but instead of completely ghosting, be direct and tell the person. Super unprofessional and raises a lot of questions for me about the company.
