The job description itself is misleading. They have mentioned marketing job, but it is sales based and the salary is based on the sales you do a particular week. The only client they have is Verizon and interviewers cannot stop talking about them and praising them. And of-course that makes sense when you have only a client.
I had two rounds. In the first introductory interview I was asked what is direct and indirect marketing. That is the only question I was asked and got qualified for 2nd round.
In the 2nd round I was asked questions like
1) introduce yourself (could clearly see that the interviewer is not at all interested in listening to the answer I was telling).
2) What are your personal goals.
3) followed by chatting all about Verizon, bit here and there (useless conversation).
Then I was told the salary :
Entry level - $62000 (2-3 weeks) - responsible for sales and marketing strategies
Account manager - (4-8 months) - responsible for growing team
Account assistant manager (4-6 months) - responsible for managing office
Director of operation - $374400 - responsible for conducting meeting calls. They also say that see in a year you will be learning so much. The average time in the US for reaching higher management level is 10-15 years and they do it in a year (totally shady job).
They also have 6 days work policy and strict hours. I am an international student and I was expecting proper procedures like verification and authorization to work but I didn't even receive an offer letter. I only got a call that reach office by this date to start the work.

I was contacted about an interview, and confirmed with them that the role was a marketing role and not a sales role over text. (Their response was "we are a marketing firm" That should have been a red flat)
I showed up to the meeting, and the interviewer was late. It was a group interview, not a 1:1 as expected, and I was quickly informed this was a customer facing SALES role, not a marketing role. Would not recommend interviewing with them.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
There were no real questions asked. The interviewer had each of us introduce ourselves and stated our goals. I was told immediately that the role was not what I was looking for.

Zoom interview. Person conducting the interview was not friendly. Totally misleading from the job posting. They want salespeople, not support. Don't fall for this scam. Very misleading especially for those who are unemployed and are looking for that glimmer of hope to avoid being homeless.
