I had the first step of an interview in Nov 2022. During this meeting, the interviewer could describe the position and company structure with the company mission, but they didn't know the details of the android project. Also, I didn't receive any hints about their expectations from a new engineer in this position. After the interview, I was told they needed 2-3 days to decide on my application. Two weeks pass and I still don't have any feedback. Also all my attempts to receive input via recruiter or email were ignored. I think it's very unprofessional and can be considered as a red flag.
