Phone interview that was very general. Basic questions that I assume were just to verify my interest. Contacted immediately afterwards by their HR rep to schedule on-site interview. Met with them 2 days later for about 40 minutes. No questions too hard. Mostly centered about past customer service experiences. Contacted the next day by the interviewer by phone with a verbal offer. Written offer documents to sign were in my inbox in minutes.
