J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Apex Management Group (Richmond, VA)

Came in and first guy was really nice. The front office was nice but when I went to the bathroom it was all a work zone but never saw any workers. Was invited back for second interview and guy was mean as all get out. He explained the pay structure and I realized it was a Pyramid Scheme. Complete waste of Time.

There are 2 interviews. The first is only about 15 minutes and the interviewer asks basic questions about your resume and experience. I asked more in depth questions about the position since the email and website provide vague information about the company. I was told that my questions related to pay structure, hours, and even a legit job description could not be answered until the second 1 hour long interview. The interviewer seemed put off whenever I kept trying to ask more about what I would do in the position and only gave vague answers. It turns out that Apex just hires people to do grunt work for Verizon FiOS sales. The office looked small and empty like nobody ever worked in it (looked like the computer wasn't even plugged in).
If a company can't divulge basic information about a job description/pay/hours then it's a joke. Do not let this company trick you into believing you're getting a legit, personalized management position.
