      Entretien

I usually do not write any response after interview but I will have write one to warn other people. I talked to the recruiter. She cancelled interview at last minute and that was okay. It got moved to a couple hours later and started interview. During the interview, recruiter was asking very basic fundamental questions that is totally okay. I am not even sure if she even knew what she was asking. Then I asked her if she's aware of my resume as I just wanted to make sure that she's not confused with someone else. This role is mid-senior role and I am probably over qualified as I have 8 years of experiences. Then all of a sudden, she was asking with a super angry and uncomfortable tone that if i have a problem with her questions lol. It was just too hilarious for me to see her reaction. Who would react like that? I have gone through tons of interview and even hired people but none of recruiter acted like a child. From that moment, I feel that this is not the right place and after the call, I sent out an email that I will not proceed. Suggestion 1) Do not be personal about candidates asking genuine questions 2) Do know what you are asking. Your questions can be answered by high school student who took circuit 1 course. Asking that kind of questions to who have 8 years of experiences is not worth the time. 3) Be professional about your job. What you did was totally unprofessional. Even If I meant to you feel that way, you should never show your personal emotions. That's pretty basic work integrity. I guess you need take those online work ethics courses I would not suggest not to apply here but be warned about this specific recruiter. Remember that you are there to represent the company. What she did was looking bad on the company itself. Will I consider applying here? Maybe if I'm desperate. Please contact this recruiter and provide ethics training.
