I applied online. Received an email to interview with a manager three weeks later. Three weeks after the interview, I received an offer. It felt like the interview style can be very dependent on the interviewer. Despite applying for a technical position, there were no purely technical questions. Instead, they aim to evaluate how you think and what kind of work excites you. Felt like there was a huge emphasis on fit.

First-round was for around 45 minutes to an hour. For the first 20 minutes, I was asked to go through my resume and explain it. Then for the rest of the time, there were multiple behavioral questions for which I gave answers referring to my experiences listed on my resume. But after a month I still haven't heard back from them. I'm guessing they decided to go another direction.
