Entretien
Consisted of Zoom interview, followed by an in-person interview with VP and Senior Project Manager. Required a homework assignment to develop a scenario-specific assessment to test knowledge of agile methodologies. Allegedly wanted to follow up after submitting the assessment, but I was completely ghosted. Despite following up with the VP multiple times, he completely ignored me. I spent upwards of 8 hours developing that assessment for this job interview to only be left in the dust without any acknowledgement. Poor professionalism and just an immediate red flag for this company. Do not recommend working there if that is how they treat prospective employees. Especially surprising considering how small the organization is.
