It was ad, didnt even get an interview despite graduating from one of the top business schools and have real experience. Clearly looking for people who have 4.0s and people who wil just do what they are told with no second thoughts

It was a bit strange. The interview was in the breakout area next to people playing ping pong. Apparently, it was not a proper interview but more a casual meet-up and then after I would still need to do 2x interviews and maybe assessment.
