The first step was about an hour long digital interview, no interaction. It was a mixture of written and recorded video answers. You were able to re recorded as needed. The next step was a 2.5 hour video interview with 5 associates. HR sent a guide to interview and the type of questions they asked, with an explanation of TASK responses. A week later I was sent an offer for the job. HR communicated well throughout the whole process, and all the interviews were well organized and worked well.
