Video interview at first. There were about 10 questions and 4 of them were behavior questions and 6 of them were the questions about yourself. There were unlimited tries for the recording.
Two rounds with the team. 50% technical questions plus 30% chat. Each round takes 30 - 40 mins. People in Aon reinsurance solutions are nice! Eg: list some R packages for data cleaning

A couple behavioral with a loose technical interview. Not too bad but one or two stats questions, as well as questions related to what scenario planning and hypotheticals related to a catastrophe

What are the different assets you would consider during a hurricane
Aptitude test followed by technical round and then the final HR round. It was easy to moderate interview experience and the interviewer was friendly as well. He did not make me feel tensed at all. I answered all the questions with a calm and composed mindset
