Initial phone screening from HR, phone interview with hiring manager and department head, in person interview with three presentations on a program, staff training, and a community presentation with three interviewers and a tour

The first step was a phone screen. This took place 3-4 weeks after I applied. The second step was an in-person interview with two branch managers and someone higher up. They asked me to prepare two short presentations for my interview. The interview itself consisted of 30ish questions. Nothing too out of the ordinary, all questions I would've expected out of a librarian interview. Some started to feel redundant...30 is a lot. Vibe generally felt positive.
