Whole process took 6 weeks. First interview with HR, second with team lead to deep dive into my skills and previous experience, and third and last with department manager to speak about the role. The process itself felt unnecessarily long, it's giving they either don't trust their own judgement or they're very disorganised; very late "feedbacks" and got rejected after the very last stage with an automatic email. Would recommend only if you have time to waste
