I interviewed with Antipodes for a National Account and Field Sales Executive role. After two rounds of interviews and submitting a tailored presentation, I received no follow-up communication and was ultimately ghosted.
During the process, it became apparent that there may have been an attempt to avoid paying recruitment fees. Regardless of the motivation, the lack of transparency and basic courtesy — especially after significant time and effort from my side — left a very poor impression.
If this is how potential team members are treated during the hiring process, I would be concerned about what it reflects regarding the company’s internal culture and values.
