It was an in-person interview! I spoke with Cathy Otto, VP of Client Services and Martin J McDonnell, Client Service Manager and answered various questions about my previous experiences and got a tour of the facility. The final portion of the interview consisted of reading various laboratory terms.

Processed all info online prior to interview. 20-30 minute interview. Fairly standard questions. Had to read samples to the manager for evaluation. Inbound call center job - told me med/vet office experience a plus
