The process was a little nerve-racking sitting in a room with 6 interviewers. But once the conversation started, it seemed better. The company did not negotiate over their initial offer.

Numerous phone calls with individuals at different levels (VP, Segment Leader, Senior consultant) and an in person interview.
Overall all the conversations were very informal and they were checking my technical background while also gauging if I would be a good cultural fit for the company and specifically the location I applied for.
The job posting was originally for the San Jose area, but I let them know I preferred the Seattle area and they accommodated my request for the interview!
