Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Ansys
Entretien
In a word: lengthy.
Four interviews (all remote) spread over six weeks:
1. Initial call with recruiter.
2. Call with hiring manager.
3. Technical call with the manager and three developers.
4. Final interview with the director of R&D and senior HR.
I got positive feedback after each of the first three stages. But I failed the last because, to paraphrase, I "gave safe answers and failed to demonstrate leadership experience".
The feedback I received was minimal, and despite efforts they were unwilling to clarify what 'safe' meant. I took this to mean that Ansys aren't interested in best practices or trying to do things properly (microservices, TDD, CI/CD) because everything I say is what I do, I'm not one to BS. And anyone looking at my CV can see that I've successfully lead projects in the past. I guess I just wasn't asked the right questions.
Overall, a very disappointing experience in terms of speed, outcome, and feedback.
