I just got called in to meet with the Toolroom Manager. He seemed young, inexperienced, didn't really know what questions to ask. He was nice, but he didn't ask too many questions. He seemed more nervous than any interviewer I've ever had, and he was a new hire, so even he didn't know much about the company he was trying to find recruits for. I've applied to this place so many times until out of the blue I got a phone call to come in for an interview. I went in, waited another couple of months before I got a phone call saying I was hired and they'd start me off.
