not too hard...just say what they want you to....use them to get your insurance license and get the heck out of there as soon as possible-go work for a legitimate insurance company instead.

Very thorough process. AFI wants to ensure they hire high quality employees. There was a phone interview, online assessment, and in person interview with two members of management. The whole process took a couple of weeks.
