several interviews and also a live dialing session. we got to listen to someone make dials for an hour and the next day we read a script and did calls. You work the dialer and try to set up appointments. The script is similar to what you get while working there too. One of the questions the interviewer asks is how will he know that he made a good hire in 6 months. You have to kinda sell yourself to him.
