Interview process was short.
Was asked pretty simple questions they were short staffed so it wasnt long. Pay in low but when u need something u have to crawl before u walk.
Me bein a CNA i may be offered more

And has a residents family member ever complained about the care of a resident
Easy and not too many steps. Not stressful and transparent process. One of the better ones I had.Not sure what else to share since there is a minimum amount of character.

I applied, got invited quickly, had a face-to-face interview discussing the role, my communication skills and motivation, asked about availability, and learned it’s target driven with progression opportunities. Very Friendly

Entretien
I like it because the interviewer was really nice. I forgot being nervous in the interview because they made feel comfortable. My advice is just be yourself and speak honestly with your answer and you'll be fine.
