It was a behavioral interview, very friendly and welcoming interviewers, you will never feel intimidated by them, as they would explain a question in details if you do not understand it or even skip to a different one.

The interview was an neutral process. They only focus on the communication Skills. So if you guys go for the interview please be confident in what you speak and grammar pattern. But i don't think the interview was for the job. Its like training Institute. So verify before going to attend the interview. Suggestion: *The candidates are coming from diffrent places to attend the interview so please consider them and train them.
