Entretien
After submitting an "easy apply" application on Linked-in, I received an email from a recruiter inquiring about a good time to schedule a phone interview. Following the 45 minute phone screen with the recruiter, I was then called by the Global Sales Director to schedule a face to face interview which conisted of about an hour an 20 minutes of detailed questions regarding my resume and who I am as a person. Lastly, I was called by the Regional Vice President to schedule a face to face interview as well and that particular interview lasted approximately hour. Later that day, I received a phone call from the same VP that I had interviewed with earlier that day to be told I was receiving an offer letter!

Several questions regarding the reason/reasons I left my previous employers, salary objectives and goals, questions about how I became successful in previous sales roles and how those newly acquired skills would translate to my success at Anixter.

Entretien
I had an initial over the phone interview. This lasted about 45 mins and she went over my resume and then asked the basic HR questions. She then set up a second F2F interview. This interview was very laid back and informal. Again going over my background and accomplishments. I received an offer within the next week.
