The first was a virtual interview. It was easy overall, with basic questions regarding the Content Moderator role and a few questions to check critical thinking and command of languages.
The second was an online assessment.

The interviewer also asked me to talk about certain topics for 1–2 minutes. First, any current affairs topic, and second, a recent case that happened in India.
