First some rounds of assessments (compared to other companies easy), than a telephone interview, including a case-study. Interview itself is alright if you are prepared, but the case was intense. You have to choose from 2 different seasonal beers, taking into account a bunch of variables, such as profit, demands, competition etc. After 30 minutes you will get a call from the recruiter, and you are suppose to give a presentation (10 min.) about why you choose your specific brands. Afterwards, the recruiter will ask you some questions about the way you did the research. Now waiting for the results.
