After the online application, you will receive 3 consecutive online tests to answer. There's a Logical Reasoning, a Cultural Fit and a Strength Assessment test. Your profile will be analysed and, if approved, you will be called for a phone interview. It is made by a British recruiting agency and it takes around 10-20 minutes. Your personal and CV informations are verified and there are a few questions to check your knowledge on the company and the beer industry. If you are selected, you be called for the third step of the recruitment process, also realized by the agency in the UK. It consists of a 30 minute phone interview on your personal experiences with plenty of questions about your personality and "how would you react". It is followed by a case study in which you'll have 30 minutes to solve and 8 minutes to present, followed by a few questions about your final decisions. Everything is made in English (except a few online tests which can be done in other languages). I was not called for the fourth step of the process, which is made by AB Inbev.

That was competitive, The second one was a group case solving round where everyone had assigned roles like CEO CMO etc etc and that required good people management skills and speaking skills (structured and clear)
