Panel interview with question about specific scenarios and behavioral questions. Reviewed previous work examples and explained examples. Asked a combination of questions regarding how would I handle situation A, B and C. Name a time this negative happen and how did you respond. The panel were members of the potential directors that I would be working for depending on where the position would be located

Entretien
The process is weird, after being asked for payslip s, assessments which took a whole day, interview with VP I was declined. This is weird to me as I invested so much time. What’s even worse is that HR never even had the decency to give me a call to let me know what the issue was, instead I got a copy and paste generic email. Very strange
Fair and direct interview, interested in past experience and ability to handle a variety of situations. They have a structured interview process. They have to ask you questions from their approved list. Most of the questions are, "Tell me about a time you solved a problem".

Fair and direct interview, interested in past experience and ability to handle a variety of situations. They wanted specific examples of what your responsibilities are and look to see how you interact with others under pressure, handle difficult situations, and your overall composure and communication. Very Fair.
