- Telephone interview: why ABI, name two brands of ABI
- business case by phone: you get information by e-mail and you need to decide which next steps ABI should take. Quite stressful since you do not have a lot of time
- ABI Day (headquarter Belgium): challenging: group case, individual interview, business simulation game where you are in a team of 4 and need to decide who will be CEO, VP finance etc. Applicants are switched unexpectedly to another team. Assessors are there observing you all the time.
- Final Panel interview

Online assessments then an assessment centre in Belgium, if successful followed up with a final panel interview in Belgium, difficult but an interesting experience. Be prepared to try and stand out in a a large group.

First round: game-based assesments
Second round: virtual case preparation (1 hour preparation time to make a comprehensive 3 minute pitch)
Third round: Group Assessment day (2 interviews + business case game while constantly being monitored)
Final round: panel interview together with other candidates, you hear each other's answers and are being monitored on when and what you answer. Tough questions from a panel of 4 senior managers.
