A group game where everybody should coordinate to pick up elements from the ground. They constantly asked about objectives withing the game, how to work, why the fail, etc.

Online assessments then an assessment centre in Belgium, if successful followed up with a final panel interview in Belgium, difficult but an interesting experience. Be prepared to try and stand out in a a large group.
