Seeing HR then the hiring manager. The meeting were both about 1 hr, very casual talking and not much relevant questions on the role was asked. There was also not Job Description. If I had realized that it was an issue from the beginning I won't take this job.

Question 1

2. what is your career aspiration?
J'ai passé un entretien chez Anheuser-Busch InBev (Milan)
Entretien
Phone call interview with an HR generalist. Set of previously made checklist questions in relation to the job position however the interviewer was totally unaware of what she was asking me and having no clue of the activitivities related to my field. Very limited discussion.

Question 1
Scope of current role. Extremely wide question on specific matters
J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Anheuser-Busch InBev
Entretien
It was a video call interview from the hiring Manager. Incidentally when she logged in to the call, she had switched off her camera.
She asked me, if I was comfortable with her camera being switched off - I went on with giving the interview, but as I reflect on how the overall feeling was of the entire interview process
This behaviour was absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful. You are not respecting the candidate who is earnestly wanting to give the interview to the best of her ability.
In addition to this, the interviewer did not have the ability to make the candidate comfortable during the interview process, almost making the candidate feel that she is favouring you by giving you the time for being interviewed for this position.
It was also highly inappropriate on part of the interviewer to make the candidate in question (who was resuming job search from a career break) to give her the impression at the beginning of the call, and I quote her here - "I hope you are not looking this as stop gap, and I don`t want someone who is fishing for opportunities"
The interviewer throughout the interview process was very overpowering, just goes to show maturity level and kind of senior leadership that exits at Ab Inbev.
I am actively looking out for opportunities from my career break, and have been interviewing myself, but this interview has left me with an extremely dissatisfied feeling.
