Entretien
First 2 rounds of online tests, which were actually fun and you get the results immediately after both rounds. These tests rate your cultural fit and several cognitive aptitudes and emotional intelligence. The third round was a one-way interview were you get 10 questions and 60 seconds to answer. The system records your answer and moves on to the next question. I took about 2 weeks to get my results.

After this process, GMT Summer Internship program starts and you would also have a final interview after the internship.
