Phone interview with the head hunter, second interview with the Process lead and Macro process lead. As of January 2017 the strategy of interviews changed to Strength based 2 or 3 round interview. Previously a non scripted 1to1 or 2to1 sessions, now they are scripted and predefined questionnaires used.

Entretien
Strength Based Interview using basic templates. Round 1 followed by round 2 interview and straight afterwards, you'll get to meet the team and take a walk through the workplace. Expect feedback in approximately 2-3 days after the interview.

Normal interview, there will be test and multiple 1:1 meetings with team leads, manager and stake holder, excel test and HR round. They will ask about your previous experience etc
