Test including various games as personality profile. Included 12 different things from clicking quickly to decision making. Afterwards was a recorded two question interview. 3 minutes to prepare and then 3 minutes to answer with one retake.

It took a while between each round to hear back from them, but it was extremely user friendly and personable. First you go through temperament tests and games that reminded me of a Wonderlic test. Face to face interviews were done through zoom.
