I spoke to a recruiter at a career fair. I filled out the application online. I was emailed several Personality Tests before being invited to interview. I was instructed to dress casually and specifically wear jeans. The interview was casual and conversational.

Multiple interviews with various people including Director. Between interviews they would forget to contact me for the next one and I would have to reach out. They called me and casually said hi please apply again so we can give you an offer letter and that is how I found out. It has been over a month and they still won't send it to me.
